Now in the previous blog post I talked about the final meal for the 1st class passengers. I admit they ate pretty high on the hog. However the 2nd class passengers ate pretty well too. Here is the surviving dinner menu for what fare the 2nd class passengers dined on that fateful night in April of 1912.
