Baghdad Iraqi Republican Guard's Last Meal...

April 2003. U.S. invades Iraq. As the Marine 1st Division moved toward Baghdad, the Iraqi Republican Guard high tailed it out of the city before the Marines showed up. Their last meal was breakfast before dropping their weapons and packing it in.
They had:

Boiled brown eggs

Sausages

Tea

The Marine division found left over breakfasts in foxholes as they approached the city. Shame those Iraqi soliders couldn't hang around to finish, belch and maybe have a few yucks over the Sunday funnies.
